The weather outside was wet and I wasn't going to run, but then I thought hey, you can't train for running a race in the rain unless you actually practice in the rain. So I went out and it wasn't too bad and I got a full 5 miles in.
It seems like it takes me 2.5-3 miles to get warmed up these days, so maybe by October or so I'll feel the same way about the first 10 miles of a run.
