I was going to run about 6 miles today, but my right knee felt really tight. I went 2.5 miles instead and it never did feel better. Sometimes after a warmup and then some faster running my legs feel better, but not this time. The plan called for fartleks. I ran faster for a couple of minutes but no dice. I'm hoping this is because I spent 30+ hours in the car in the past six days and not something else. Tomorrow is a day off so I'm hoping that helps.
