This was one of those days where I wasn't scheduled to run, but when I exited work and saw how beautiful it was in the Great Outdoors I knew today would be a running day. I would seriously kick myself if I didn't. Days like this don't come along very often. I did my dumbbell exercises first (the weights are the dumbbells, not me) and then hit the streets. The run was nice and easy and I didn't check the Garmin a whole lot. By the time I finished I'd done 6 miles at a 9:09 pace. I needed a good, easy run like that. Just what the doctor ordered, if the doctor's name was God.
