Another Beautiful Day

And a nice run, too, going 5 miles with some 1-2-3-2-1 fartleks. Sunny and almost the perfect temperature for an outing. This is one of those days that I get the feeling we deserve after all the heat we put up with this summer. I did have to stop at one point to fish a bandaid out of my sock that had come loose, but other than that the run was uneventful and pain-free. In other words, all-around great!
