Today was yet another 5-miler. It was rushed since the wife wasn't feeling good and I had to get home to take the kids to church. I don't like running when I'm hurried like that, but I tried to scale it back and take it like a normal run. I looked at my chart and the last time I ran less than 5 miles was three weeks ago. I thought about running less than that today in the interest of time, but figured I need the miles since this week's long run will be relatively short. Just trying to plan ahead is all.
