Treadmill Run

Gee, can't believe I forgot to post this yesterday when the run was so memorable. 5.5 miles on the treadmill with 14 minutes at a 7:30 pace. On the TV was M*A*S*H and then friends, with a predictable Bones thrown in during commercials. Really, it doesn't get much more thrilling than that.
