Monday Running

Today was the day after a weekend of eating and such. The Wife and I went to a bed and breakfast as well as to a festival for two days. That means today was a recovery day. My run was 5 miles instead of the standard six, but it was just enough. This week I can get back into the speedwork on Tuesday and Thursday. What, it's like a month or so until the half marathon? No problem.
