Monday Run

Got my 6 miler done today on the treadmill. Back to single digits today. Spent a lot of time this afternoon with the insurance adjuster who was looking at my truck after the daughter's crash on Saturday night. She's okay and yeah, it's totaled. I get to look for a new truck. Woo hoo. Gotta stay focused on getting in the miles, though, even if they're indoor miles.
