Great Day for Running

Today was a real Spring day. The temperature was in the 60s, the sky was overcast, there was a nice little breeze, and it wasn't too humid. I forgot my Garmin at home so I have no idea how fast I ran, but for the most it felt like a faster-than-normal 6-miler. It must have been pretty good timewise since I got home at 5:45, which couldn't have been much more than an hour since I'd left, including the beginning and cooldown walks. I felt good, strong, and focused on the run. So far allergies haven't kicked in too bad and I'm enjoying the outdoors as much as I can before ragweed season hits. Not suffering makes a run like today so much better. People who live without allergies are very fortunate, and today I got a taste of what that's like.
