The Rare Friday Run

I didn't run yesterday because The Family came home and it would have been rude to leave for an hour just a few minutes after they pulled into the garage. I postponed until today and it was worth it. Most of the day it was cloudy and almost cool, but when I got home the clouds started breaking and the day warmed. It was probably in the mid-70s by the time I got home and I sweated a lot more than I thought I would when I left the house. I took the route up toward the elementary school, which turned out to be a lot of uphill against a north wind. Overall my pace turned out to be about 9:25 which wasn't bad given the temperature. I'll get my third run for the week in tomorrow or Sunday. I'm flexible about that.
