One more run in March to make it eleven for the month, the most since I hurt myself at the end of October. Today was very windy, although the temperature felt good. I did 3 miles total with .75-mile and 1-mile intervals. As I've been doing, I kept it slow and easy. I can't put into words how awesome it is to be back on a regular running schedule and building up my base. This feeds into my regular summer routine where I walk periodically in the heat, but maybe I can get in some longer runs before that happens. It's also nice to have to do the laundry from exercising. Never thought I'd miss that, but it's a return to normalcy to have shorts, shirts, and socks, to fold and put away. I'll take it.
