A Lovely Slog

As is usually the case at this time of year it was incredibly humid. I ran 7 miles and broke quite the humid sweat by the first half-mile. Plenty of people out on a nice Saturday morning that started with decent temperatures, sun, and a little bit of a breeze. Headed out of town later today for a business trip and taking my running gear with me. Hoping to get in at least one run while away from home.
