Slow and Humid

I was the slow part of the title of this post, and the humid piece was taken care of by Mother Nature. Fortunately it was cloudy most of the run when I got out this morning a few minutes after eight. I went 7 miles, and seriously thought about walking a couple of times. But then I realized my pace was so incredibly slow that walking wouldn't have made much of a difference. I was bathed in sweat before the first mile marker due to the exceptional humidity. Plus the temperature was about 80 degrees. I made it all the way to the big hill before I finally caved and walked. Not a great run today, but a necessary one to start acclimating to the humidity and heat again.
