Today my mileage was from the house and not the warm-up point, as has been the case lately. I had limited time to get in 3 miles and so I did. Beautiful weather once again and not a complaint to be heard. I do have to say it's nice to get in a run without courting heat stroke, as much as I like the hot weather. Hoping to get in some more mileage tomorrow if my schedule cooperates.
