Beating the Heat AND the rain

It's flooding down in Texas - that Stevie Ray song has been in my head a lot lately, and no wonder. It is WET down here! Fortunately I ran this morning and got my 4 miles in before it got hot and then started raining this afternoon. We did a little bit of touristy stuff this afternoon as well as some curriculum shopping with the wife. Tomorrow is a long run, which I'm actually looking forward to. I guess if you don't look forward to it you shouldn't be doing it.
