Routine but Late

The only thing different about today's 4-mile easy run was that I waited until almost 8 p.m. to head out the door. The temperature gauge hit 100 degrees today and with the heat index it was at least 106. Let's just get this straight...I ain't running outside when it's that hot. Take it to the bank.
