As in 5 miles every day this week. Today was a 1-2-3-2-1 fartlek day, and even though it hurts like crazy to run fast up those hills, I know it will pay off on race day. I'm just over 7 weeks out from the marathon, and today I was checking it out online. There's a video of the course, and it looks like...a long distance. But days like today make me hopeful that I can run the 26.2 without hobbling myself for the week after.
