I'm still not up to speed, as it were, with my interval work. Today was supposed to be 6x800, but it ended up being 4x800 for an overall total of 4 miles. I think the combination of rotten sleep at night for the past two weeks, four weeks or so of running in the heat, a 25-mph wind blowing in my face, and a sore right calf combined to beat me down today. But I have two extra weeks built into my schedule, so I think in the long run (again, no pun intended) things will work out okay.
